The DEADBAND feature is used to improve the performance of LSO for heavy traffic network. The DEADBAND value is set for each network tag that applies to only EUI or EUR table.
The DEADBAND itself is stored internally as a floating point number. The DEADBAND functions in both positive or negative direction. In the following example, only if value were incrementing or decrementing by 1 LSO would send value across the network.
If the DEADBAND parameter is omitted then LSO functions with a DEADBAND of 0.
