Every console workstation has its own file that maps local ONSPEC points to a name.
The name, or NETWORK TAG (NT) is the reference used to address that ONSPEC point from anywhere in the network.
Master workstations do not need this information, as they automatically read in this information across the network from the consoles at startup.
